About Our Classes

To enroll your child in a class, create an account on the 'Parent Portal'.

Each Class is 45 minutes, once a week. During this class we will be working on gymnastic skills; balance, hand eye coordination, listening, strength, flexibility, and focusing on having FUN!

The Class will start with a 5 minute FUN warm-up. After warm-up they will go to four stations throughout the class time. The Coach will demonstrate each station, then the students will begin the FUN! At the end of class each student will receive stamps. 

We call our 2 year old class 'Toddlers'. In this class, the Parent and child do the class together with the help of their Coach. This class will help the child developmentally, it will enhance their social and emotional learning skills. This Class will better prepare them for the Romper/Munchkin Class.

Our Rompers & Munchkins are 3 and 4 year olds. This is the age they will be doing gymnastics by themselves. Each class they will be learning how to follow instructions, stay with the class, and believe in themselves. This is where they will start to learn the basic FUNdamentals of gymnastics.

Our Flippers and Stars class is for 5 and 6 year olds. This class is focused on movements. Students are introduced to skills and body positions that are necessary for gymnastics. We will be working on more in depth skills during this class.

We call our 7 year old's Twisters at AGG. During this class they will work more advanced skills and techniques. This class will NOT do the zipline or the swing due to height and weight restrictions.
